Experiential Leadership
Through the management of projects and activities in over 1100 offices at the local, national, and international levels, AIESEC provides about 5000 leadership opportunities to its members each year. This provides AIESECers with a range of valuable and practical experience and skills in management and leadership.
International Internships
AIESEC internships provide powerful learning experiences to young people. The focus of our exchange experiences is to provide not only professional but also learning experiences, which will lead them to become more entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, and open-minded active learners.
