Exchange is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers, and it links together our global network. Every year, we provide thousands of exchange participants the challenging opportunity to live and work for an AIESEC partner company abroad in areas of management, information technology, education, and development. AIESEC University of the Philippines Diliman is the first local committee of AIESEC in the Philippines. Based in the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines, AIESEC UPD has been consistent in making a positive impact on society since 1968. Globally, we rank 55th in number of exchanges, and we are also the top-performing local committee in the country.
Present in over 107 countries and territories and with over 50,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.
