Eligibility and Fees

Eligibility

  1. Potential Exchange Participants (EPs) must be full-time or part-time university students or graduates of a tertiary level education. 
  2. Potential EPs must be 18 – 30 years old.
  3. Potential EPs who were members of AIESEC must have never been dismissed or have been impeached in the organization.
  4. Potential EPs must be willing and capable of paying for the financial requirements involved in the traineeship.

Processing Fees

The processing fees for non-AIESEC students going on AIESEC internships differ according to type of internship. Processing fees are exclusive of airfare, living expenses, and legal processing. The break down is as follows:

  • PHP 500 of the Application Fee is for the Assessment Center. The rest of the Application Fee, PHP 3000, is to be paid during the Review Board Interview, should the applicant qualify.
  • The different realization fees correspond to the length of service AIESEC will provide to its exchange participants.

Other Requirements

  • Potential EP must have his/her Curriculum Vitae (CV) prepared for the application process.
  • Potential EP's skills, academic and working background should meet the qualifications set by the available TN (AIESEC partner company) pools based on research.
  • Potential EP must be independent, open-minded, of good moral character, has a thirst for learning, and someone who welcomes change.
  • Potential EP must have a genuine interest to go on a traineeship abroad temporarily for personal and professional growth and development.
