AIESEC offers youth-driven impactful experience to its members.
The structured program offered to all members of AIESEC in over 100 countries is called 'The AIESEC Experience'. In this program, 4 main opportunities are presented to members.
Since AIESEC relies on two main ideals, Leadership and Exchange, the 4 programmes all address these two ideals.
The Team Member and Team Leader Programme leans more on the Leadership side, by allowing a member to experience working both in a team, and as the leader. We ensure that all our roles in the organization gives one authority over certain aspects of the task at hand.
The Global Community Development (GCDP) and Global Internship Programs (GIP) both deal heavily with the Exchange aspect, but allows the AIESECer to become a team member, as well as a team leader in international PboXes (Projects based on Exchange). The GCDP deals more with solving community issues in various parts of the world, while the GIP resonates more with leaders wanting to take their experiences to the next level. This is ideal for those about to enter the professional world, or are in it already, and would like to strengthen their capabilities and leadership style.
AIESEC University of the Philippines Diliman is the first local committee of AIESEC in the Philippines. Based in the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines, AIESEC UPD has been consistent in making a positive impact on society since 1968. Globally, we rank 55th in number of exchanges, and we are also the top-performing local committee in the country.
