Talent Management (TM) is responsible for all the processes that shape an AIESECer’s experience from his or her application to his or her journey to the future.
TM focuses on providing a high quality AIESEC Experience for its members from their first point of contact with AIESEC to their exit interview when they’re preparing to for their future plans.
About AIESEC UPD
AIESEC University of the Philippines Diliman is the first local committee of AIESEC in the Philippines. Based in the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines, AIESEC UPD has been consistent in making a positive impact on society since 1968. Globally, we rank 55th in number of exchanges, and we are also the top-performing local committee in the country.
